Men’s Golf Activities

From start to finish, this year's Member/Member Club Championship was a tournament to remember. We started out with a record setting Calcutta hosted by our nonpareil Master of Ceremonies, Mr Adam Zuffinetti. It then continued with a nail-biting, mano y mano sudden death playoff where we saw Kenyon Clark and Tim Foley stagger (literally) to a dramatic one hole victory over the aforementioned Adam Zuffinetti and his partner, Nate Spoelman.

The tournament concluded in spectacular fashion when Steve Charton canned a 30 foot sidewinder for birdie on 18 to win the Derby after his partner hit a tasty 200 yard hybrid onto the green. Wow! Talk about drama!

Less dramatic, but very impressive nonetheless, was the championship run in the Gross Division of the Championship by Tony Ratto and Jay Dye. Congratulations boys!

Thanks to all those who participated in this year's event. From what I saw, everyone, win or lose, had a great time and enjoyed the competition and camaraderie. We hope to see you all again next year.
